What do you like most?
This gives our team time to engage with guests that are there in person. Reduces time spent on simple questions that the chatbot can take care of. Especially like the functionality and the fact that guests the chatbot actually sells rooms and tables for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing, it does what it says on the tin, gathers guest reviews and encourages them to post on Trip Advisor and/or social media.
