What do you like most?
Speedy- can no time outs in the current environment, but it took a while to get there. Integration across platforms (Dephi, CRM).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Per user pricing. Not good for a CRM where we probably don't have as many users as we should due to budget constraints.
