What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the platforms are already strong, it would be helpful to have even more customization options within the booking engine to match brand-specific needs. Occasional reporting enhancements, such as more detailed breakdowns or easier-to-export formats, would also add value. These are minor compared to the overall benefits, but small tweaks could make an already great experience even better.
