Staff in channel managers and website design and booking engine i want to thank all staff, Mr. Ayman Wani, Mr. Hussain from sales, Duityparna, Shweta, Paras, Chiranjit and all staff
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I want to share my experience with RateGain channel manager And RateTiger channel manager, the live support in RateGain is 24/7 and replying within 1 minutes maximum but the live support in RateTiger not good because the replying after 30 minutes or 1 hour and not 24/7, my advice (The quick support is very important to improve your work).
