What do you like most?
THN platform is intuitive and constantly evolving for the better. Easy to get things loaded, scheduled, and live with in minutes. The new templates and AI has made things even easier to create and deliver. In addition, the team (Daniel and Carrie) since Day One have been amazing, friendly and efficient. Very responsive, and helpful each time I've reached out. They are an excellent representation of the team and service THN provides. In addition, THN continues to evolve, and collect data you need to be successful and create tools that help you do this seamlessly. Also the value in which you receive exceeds the subscription pricing. Both truly essential for independent and branded vanity hotel sites and IBE.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For a period of time we had billing issues, but those were addressed and have not had any in the current year. Carrie our Account Director made sure we were taken care of and all was resolved. Billing has changed from monthly then to quarterly this year. Small suggestion to line up quarters to the calendar quarters when billing, rather than rolling 3 month - helpful for annual budgeting.
