What do you like most?
I really enjoy how easy it is to make experiences for clients and add assets to the platform. The service specialists are always quick to respond with a solution even when they don't have an answer or it is not a current feature, they will find out a way to make it one. I really enjoy this platform as it makes it easy for clients who are unable to visit our property in person to visualize it through virtual tours, augmented experiences and sites. I also enjoy how we are able to add documents and additional static photos or videos in that may be of use to the clients. Thank you for making our integration so seamless as well when we upgraded. The customer service reps assisted us with multiple training sessions to ensure everyone was on board with the new experience and were available for any questions. Us and our over 50 sellers use this daily and find this to be a tool that has led us to increased sales, increased sites, and interest in our property. We have tons of event spaces and something like this is super helpful to us. We are in the process of also getting VM to come on site to add more 3D models and virtual tours. I believe this will increase our sales and interest even more as we are always updating our product at the hotel. Thank you!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having sizes of each of the spaces on the models (square footage, capacities etc) - I think it would also be useful to have an option to personalize experiences with logos etc. to make these more geared toward the client and what this would look like to their business (such as in the corner or having their logo on the screens or something like that), there was an update recently and I find it less easy to use than the previous version for example - it as not as easy to tag and upload assets as it used to be. I have already been in touch with one of their reps regarding this.
