What do you like most?
At Kimpton Hotel Palomar, we’re always looking for ways to elevate guest satisfaction and employee engagement. TipBrightly has truly delivered on both fronts. Their customer service is exceptional, with quick, responsive support that makes every interaction a breeze. What really stands out is how their product goes beyond a simple ROI on retaining our talented staff. Personalized business cards featuring the TipBrightly QR code have become a point of pride for our team. Room attendants have expressed how valued they feel when they receive their own cards, while our front desk agents use them to foster genuine guest connections. Even our housemen and engineers are empowered to take ownership of their roles, handing out cards that build trust and signal a personal commitment to guest care. In short, TipBrightly has not only boosted our service standards and guest satisfaction but has also significantly enhanced staff morale. I couldn’t recommend TipBrightly enough.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only suggestion I have is to simplify the process further by offering card design and printing services. It would be fantastic if I could order the physical cards directly from TipBrightly.
