Zia our account manager, make it incredibly easy to implement at a large property. I loved the flexibility of the product to use hotel wide, not just housekeeping! I noticed our QR codes also drove cash tipping! If they had cash, the QR was at least a reminder to tip your housekeeper.

TipBrightly has been a win for our employees, and it has been a win for our guests! Employee income has gone up on average $.75 to $1.25 per hour with tips. This is additional income as cash tips still happen as well. It has been a win for guests as well based on positive feedback by guests for the option to tip digitally.
