With Snapfix, you can post an issue, track when it is being addressed and see the resolution. You do not need to go back and forward through emails. The task is posted, delegated, resolved.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to see it integrated with our operating systems but as it is is fantastic. User-friendly, reliable. Does what it says on the tin!
