Since much of the content (boilerplate terms, amenities, photos, etc.) is preloaded, proposals can be generated in minutes instead of hours.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the system can feel a bit dated or not as intuitive as modern proposal tools. Streamlining navigation and reducing clicks would help new users ramp up faster.
