What do you like most?
We use this system for pricing structure for the team to understand what rates to be offered through the demand calendar. This is also used for forecasting, budgeting, team meetings for conversion. This allows me as a DOS to get a full understanding of what enquiries we have, what needs to be supported and to help drive conversion. Previously, I had to do forecasting and budgeting manually, this is such a time saver and a great support to myself and the team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to distinguish the source country of business, however our Opera system is limited. Also our opera system does not give us different segments for M & E - it would be great to know what is a conference, wedding, birthday party etc.
