What do you like most?
SiteMinder makes managing online room inventory much easier and more efficient. The connection between OTAs is very stable, reducing overbooking issues. The dashboard is intuitive, and the support team responds quickly whenever help is needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the system takes a little longer to sync when many updates are made at once. It would also be great if the reporting section offered more flexible customization options for daily and monthly performance summaries.
