What do you like most?
I found the support we received from Oracle to be sensational. The training sessions a week before going live were very informative, and the support after the go-live was also extremely helpful and, above all, provided peace of mind. But I especially want to thank Mr. Nasser EL-Ahmad. He provided us with outstanding on-site support. We are all so grateful to him. I couldn't have imagined a better go-live.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For upcoming live streams, please check beforehand if there's any scheduled downtime on the same day. This will save everyone a lot of stress.
