What do you like most?
Our hotel is focused on direct bookings increase. 123Compare.me helps us to control our price (we can see if it is lower, equal, or higher than OTA) and motivates guests to book on our homepage (by showing advantages of direct bookings). The tool is easy to use. Company managers are always ready to help (special thanks to Ekaterina, who speaks Russian).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be easier to use if the extranet language was possible to switch (it is in English, we wish it was in Russian too).
