What do you like most?
MyStay offers efficient solution of how to make check-ins of the guest much more comfortable, time-saving and faster. Also, the platform allows to focus on guest's needs, improves communication with guest and helps to make the guest's stay more pleasant.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In my opinion, MyStay platform responds quickly to hotel's requests and makes improvement all the time, so currently I do not have any big idea of what should be improved. Only what I have to mention is to improve integration between MyStay and PMS system.
