What do you like most?
Due to covid-19, the value of digital products like RoomOrders has been accelerated. Contactless ordering is an added bonus during these strange times and must not be overlooked, for guest experience and customer safety.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing at the moment. I believe that it is a well thought out product. Like most technology, time will help dictate minor improvements, however we are currently very happy with it.
