Answer:

I believe this service is a great service for hoteliers and guests as well. It's a win-win for both parties because it's convenient, easy to use and has a lot of options. I think more hotels should try it out.

Answer:

It's easy to use, the design looks nice and it's one of a kind. I believe what makes it different is that their UX is different and friendly. People like easy experiences and convenience is above all.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

I believe a hotelier should try it at least for 30 days to see for himself. It doesn't matter what most people say, it needs to fit your needs so I recommend you try it out and see it for yourself. Otherwise, you will be wondering.

Very efficient, specifically during Covid-19. Set up & updating features are extremely easy to learn. Ability to upsell items & add images is a great feature. Our guests are very happy with ease of use...

We are awaiting ability to integrate with POS - which is in the works. This would enhance our program & take it to the next level!
