I believe this service is a great service for hoteliers and guests as well. It's a win-win for both parties because it's convenient, easy to use and has a lot of options. I think more hotels should try it out.

It's easy to use, the design looks nice and it's one of a kind. I believe what makes it different is that their UX is different and friendly. People like easy experiences and convenience is above all.

I believe a hotelier should try it at least for 30 days to see for himself. It doesn't matter what most people say, it needs to fit your needs so I recommend you try it out and see it for yourself. Otherwise, you will be wondering.
