What do you like most?
* Personable- there is always someone there to answer the questions or solve problems in a rather quick time frame. * Reliable- makes communicating with staff as well as customers an ease and the notification allows that we never miss a chat. *Accessibility- being a web service we are not limited by where we can access the app. nor are we limited by what we can do. from communicating over web to communicating via SMS. one feature that is great is the fact that we can send files for customers and co workers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this time i think the only thing i would like to see is that we could attach more than one file. at this time we are only limited to one file at a time. the Phone app can use some work as well so that it can be more user friendly. have it more user friendly like how the web based app is.
