What do you like most?
Local support response very quick and ready to onsite when facing trouble. Escalation issue is also effective when local support cannot resolve issue. Sales representative working closely to customer when get feedback.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They should consider to increase more headcount of local support. Sometime when request onsite, they need to wait until available.
