What do you like most?
After years of trying other vendors, along came Stash Hotel Rewards. Through our years of partnership, Stash continues to be the #1 solution to help not only level the playing field against our chain competitors but also be flexible enough to tailor the program to our ever-changing individual needs. Our frequent guests are happier, our Meeting Planners are now being rewarded and the additional exposure we get through the network has been a pleasant surprise. Our entire Transient strategy starts with Stash with almost 20% of our guests earning points.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
You do have to put some effort into the program to see results. It is so customizable which for some I could see being a challenge.
