What do you like most?
Rob de Weerd, owner of Hotel The Rosendale, and I am very satisfied with Woby. Thanks to Woby we can easily manage and update our room service menu. With the integration with Simphony, we can retrieve all items from EMC, Simphony's back office, at the touch of a button. This makes item management a lot more efficient. Woby also provided excellent assistance with the implementation, which ensured that everything went smoothly. All reservations are retrieved in real time from Oracle Opera Cloud, allowing us to validate that guests are really checked in when they place an order via Woby and book a room. Our guests can now easily order room service via their phone, which significantly improves their experience at our hotel. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Guest now have not the possibility to chat with AI, this takes a lot of the workload of the reception desk .
