ResNexus has help us streamline operations by automating tasks like reservations, contactless check-ins, and integration with OTA's to increase our presence in the market. The data analysis of the report system, allows us to make informed decisions for improving guest experiences and maximizing revenue. ResNexus is a US company based in Utah providing timely support and suggestions to increase efficiencies, guest experience as well as revenue. We have used their website team to design a user friendly site the has increased our conversion of customers comparing locations to direct bookings at our location, Our dedicated Hospitality Coach is knowledgeable with the system as well and the industry in general and is just a phone call away to help with any issues or suggestions. From intergraded smart locks to automated marketing plans with SMS text as well and email and direct marketing create a bond with customers and has increased our guest return rate. Their dedication to their customers as well as the industry in general makes them the go to partner for hotel management software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
ResNexus is on the cutting edge of hotel management software and are always letting you know the next great upgrade. The hardest part is waiting for the next upgrade!
