What do you like most?
The benefits that i like about using hello shift is the communication with staff and managers - we can keep track of incoming packages for guest and see when they have been picked up by the guest - We can make Hash tags that pertain to certain departments _ we can assign task to certain departments as well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
allowing everyone access to create hashtags not just the managers or account holder. it. - when assigning task i think you should be able to personalize it from whats need to be first priority and least priority
