SiteMinder provides real-time connectivity and is very easy and convenient to use. It allows multiple hotel users to access and work on the system simultaneously. In addition, the channel mapping process is straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy to connect and manage various distribution channels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Almost all of SiteMinder’s products are very good, user-friendly, and convenient to use. The only area for improvement is the support service, as sometimes it takes a long time to get a response or assistance from the support team.
