We use TrustYou as our primary reference and benchmark for measuring guest satisfaction across all platforms. TrustYou greatly helps us evaluate the on-site team’s performance, understand guest feedback, and serves as one of the key tools in guiding our strategic and operational decisions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some discrepancies were noted in the response rate updates. These were addressed and resolved effectively through communication with the TrustYou PIC, supported by timely responses and follow-up.
