What do you like most?
The Duve system helps us optimize the guest experience, improve communication with guests, and reduce manual work for hotel staff. The system offers efficient automation tools, a digital check-in process, and personalized communication with guests. All of these allow us to provide an advanced, convenient, and more efficient hospitality experience, while improving operational processes in the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Although the Duve system offers a wide range of useful capabilities and tools, there is still room for improvement in system flexibility, customization options, and interfaces with other hotel management systems. Additionally, we would like to see faster response and development times for requests and needs arising from the field, along with greater flexibility in adapting the system to the unique operational needs of each hotel.
