They have a solid product and helpful solutions for guests and they always want to evolve and make things better, so the support is great. Check in: The emails look beautifully and they help set it up. Concierge software: It has a great look and they help with the set up.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Concierge software: It could be implemented with the restaurant system for the kitchen to get the orders, also some function for a pop up box for the reception on the computer.
