It provides the guest a seamless guest experience before, during and after their stay in the hotel. And it gives the hotels a underrepresented guest service solution together with OPERA Cloud. And takes away the boring and tiring tasks and speeds up check in, check out, guest communication and over all solution.

Answer:

It gives the hotels more touch points with the guest during their guest journey. Promotes up-selling not only via pushed guest communication but also in kiosk, in room entertainment. And as a user interface in the backend a better holistic view towards numbers and sales.
