What do you like most?
Inn-Flow makes it easy to monitor Payroll - the largest controllable expense - as well as Rooms related expenses. Access to budget numbers and realtime PTD expenses saves an amazing amount of time since its all in one place. Line items should never exceed budget without good reason if you're paying attention!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not many wheels to re-invent here. Maybe having access to position models from the schedule, if anything. Employee access to Pay Stubs is problematic. We've been trying to get this, but haven't been able to access the Accountants World platform - where they are supposed to reside.
