What do you like most?
It is easy to use, has many useful features, and provides good notifications. The support team is able to assist whenever issues or questions arise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The update process should be improved, as the system often freezes for a long time after updates before returning to normal. Additionally, reaching the support department by phone is quite difficult.
