What do you like most?
The concept is relevant, but its implementation clearly leaves much to be desired. The platform has real utility on several levels, but it seems to have been designed by developers without any real follow-up or business acumen. The user interface is good, however, several strategic options remain untapped due to a lack of support. Without help from support, you don't know what to do with it and you never progress in using the tool. As for customer service… You need to be prepared to wait. Although I'm used to web support, I'm experiencing very long response times, often vague answers, and a complete lack of user-friendliness. I had subscribed to the full version, but I'm going to reduce my subscription given these difficulties. If only they would actually reply to me…
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The customer service is woefully inadequate; there's very little methodology on their platform. You have to figure things out for yourself, and asking questions is pointless because you have to wait 48 hours for even a partial response. I'm a hotelier, and frankly, it's a complete waste.
