What do you like most?
The system is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and provides a variety of useful reports. I am also very impressed with the customer support team, who are easy to reach, responsive, and always ready to provide helpful assistance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if the system could provide automated reports related to accounting and finance, such as City Ledger, Guest Ledger, and Advance Deposit reports. Having these reports generated automatically would help save time, improve efficiency, and make financial monitoring and reconciliation easier.
