What do you like most?
Working with Mews really helps us get through busy days in a more organized way. What makes the biggest difference for us is the live room status. We can quickly see which rooms are ready, which still need cleaning, and which are occupied. This makes it much easier to plan the day and decide where to start, especially when there are a lot of arrivals at the same time. It also helps that everyone is working with the same information. Guest Relations team and Housekeeping are on the same page, so there are fewer questions and less back and forth during the day.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some parts of the system take a bit of time to get used to, and a more visual overview of priorities would make busy days even easier to manage.
