What do you like most?
We've been working with Profitroom for 15 years, and we see the company grow, evolve, and expand its digital services year after year. Their quality is top-notch. Profitroom has excellent technical support, and their services simplify the work of hoteliers. The reservation management system, website management system, direct sales efficiency capabilities, and collaboration with each individual department are all top-notch. Additionally, a multitude of AI solutions have recently emerged, providing new opportunities and simplifying work. Collaborative SEO and marketing initiatives streamline the overall process, eliminating the need to use several or a dozen companies. We use a single company that offers a sufficient number of digital services, which are constantly being developed. Profitroom is the company of the future.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We've improved everything we needed to improve over the past year. So, at this point, I have no complaints. I believe the company is heading in the right direction, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
