What do you like most?
We've been using Ratify for almost a year now and are very happy with the product. It helps us respond professionally to guest feedback, thanks to the prompts it uses, while adhering to our predefined guidelines. The ability to publish automated responses saves a significant amount of time. The support team is incredibly helpful and constantly offers new ideas on how to improve the product's functionality.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, not all channels are yet available for automated responses, but I think that work is already underway and it's only a matter of time.
