What do you like most?
It's easy to use, and there are always tutorials that make it easy for all employees to use the tools. We also always have great support from our account manager, Georg, for any questions we have, or there's the chatbot that can answer everything.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The revenue management tool and certain reports could still be optimized, as it should be considered that different departments in a hotel have to be able to use them.
