What do you like most?
A poor experience throughout, not even tried it. The sales team pushed for a deposit with incorrect information, resulting in a cancellation and six months of chasing for a refund. Completely avoidable and highly unprofessional.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sale team and support team , even 2 year of cancellation and finally get refunded, we keep receiving bill, need to explain not customer anymore, need to resend all mail every year, so should be very carefully to sign as this lock you in a loop.
