What do you like most?
Fast and reliable support via email and phone. Simple and clear work with SmartHost, e.g., when creating newsletters (email marketing). Good and clear structure that makes daily work easier and contributes to more direct bookings. Regular training with practical content that really helps in everyday work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes there are minor technical problems that could possibly be improved. For example, it is occasionally not possible to work with SmartHost due to error messages. There can also sometimes be problems with the interface to Protel. However, such technical difficulties are partly part of normal daily work. It is positive to note that these problems are always quickly addressed and resolved from your side.
