What do you like most?
Extremely responsive and attentive during our reopening process after covid, which also coincided with a necessary system upgrade as we have used them since we opened the hotel 5 years ago. Their team flew out and heard our needs and implemented them into the new systems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Shipping times would be the only suggestion however given the global climate I could understand the delays. However that being said their team was able to keep us posted during the process.
