What do you like most?
The platform comes with many enhancements based on the recommendations from business. Started with Sales CRM, add on with MICE module, lite version of block. primary core solution currently running for sales and mice.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing much. Many enhancements has been done from MICE lite to proposal template to contracts. Enhancement on mobile application is something to review and integration to external BI solution is add on value.
