What do you like most?
Advanced product that solved many of our hotel's needs at once and increased our RevPar, % of direct bookings, and TrevPar. Payment automation solutions are simply state-of-art and save us so much time and labor costs. Strongly recommend it to everyone. We use all the features of the platform and it works great. Also, guys regularly add new functionality, despite the product being already advanced. We have Opera PMS, 100+ rooms full-scale hotel. We decided to move to digitalization and decrease the amount of manual work while giving guests more contactless options. Mobile check-in helped us eliminate lines in the lobby and make service more personalized. Both front desk employees and guests are happy. In addition, we start to see higher guest loyalty. ChargeAutomation helps us to gather data for marketing activities in GDPR compliant way, which complements our movement to a higher share of the direct bookings. Great for upsell and getting some extra revenue from ancillary services and package products. UI and UX for online check-in and other functions are beautiful. What is nice, is that the admin panel also looks very clean and intuitive. Payments automation is something we haven't seen much in offers from other companies and ChargeAutomation is very advanced in it. It helped us to get rid of chargeback and fraud with credit cards. It saves many hours for our reservations and front office departments. Now we can make payment authorizations in PCI compliant way.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Love the product, great 24/7 customer support, implementation and setup were flawless and fast. Could not wish for more at the moment. Value for money is superb too
