What do you like most?
The setup was quick, and for the first time doing an implementation, Bbot staff was ahead of me in getting everything setup.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I have had no complaints about service or implementation. Support is prompt, my only complaint is that you cant just call someone for support, but everyone is doing that.
