Bbot is a web-based contactless order and pay solution that allows guests to order food and drinks from their phone to their location. Whether it's a hotel room, a lounge chair in the hotel lobby or near the pool, or a table at the roof top bar and restaurant, guests can order and pay without swiping a card, signing a receipt, or spending a moment waiting in line. There is no signup required or app to download, and operators can still capture guest data. Bbot helps operators increase margins on in-venue, catering, curbside pickup, take out, and delivery orders with our highly configurable, branded digital menus by reducing all friction between your guests' desires and your food + drinks; and let them spend their time living in the moment.

I like that I have good control of my products. Seamless flow from customer to kitchen/bar. Gives customers that are nervous of dining in a way to have the least amount of interaction with staff but still get to enjoy a meal/drink.
