Their honest time lines for development make it easy for my team to plan. Their tech support is honest and responsive. They don't talk to you like you should already know the answer.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It would be great to have more on the ground support at launch. I expect that will improve as they grow.

What do you like most?

It’s intuitive, easy for the customer, and 100% customizable to suit the needs of the business. They also give a lot of support

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Only thing that I can think of that could be improved is the aesthetics of the backend. It’s totally functional and intuitive, but could be more tech driven in terms of fonts, colors, layouts.

Great functionality and customization options! Build it to suit your operation no matter your service levels this can hugely help your company!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Not very much, this is one of the better products I’ve had the opportunity to work with. If anything I’d recommend looking at interface options.
