What do you like most?
forecasting and talks with HCM and payroll system. includes the weather and predicts traffic volumes for the week. Each Department owns their schedule.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Too many errors. Need to be able to edit weeks that have already occurred. Easier to read. System should be intuitive enough for someone that is not technologically advanced to operate. Shouldn't have to dig around the site to "publish" the schedule. This works better for hotels, not country clubs where everything is mostly weather dependent.
