What do you like most?
It is a simple to use and very effective programme to increase sales of superior rooms and extra services. The offer method is very attractive to customers. And in my opinion, receiving a pre-arrival upgrade offer increases the chances of a sale because the customer is more receptive. We would like to highlight the support of the commercial and technical team, always ready to help and adapt to our needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is not very relevant but it would be nice to have more information about the offers sent (roomtype, fix rate, etc.)
