Great customer support and fantastic speed in getting reviews posted. Their content is easy to understand and sounds genuine to the readers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing really...they cover all the bases to be honest. Their platform has a lot of bells and whistles which some may find helpful but if you are a "Brand" then these options may be overkill
