What do you like most?
Unfortunately I can't say anything about it because support is rather difficult. The Energy is a good idea but getting replacement parts is difficult. The plastic parts are not suitable for commercial use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support needs to be organized urgently! The procurement of spare parts must be guaranteed. The registration form and the connection to the PMS must be improved.
