What do you like most?
-I truly love how easy it is to get help and support from Tripleseat whenever I experience any hiccups or need a little help with something. It makes such a difference. -The software is very user friendly, and anyone new to the system is able to learn how to navigate it pretty quick. - I also enjoy how I can see a monthly calendar all of the events going on at the hotel when you open the dashboard.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- I think what may be able to improved is the booking docs chronological order setting. When you create BEO's for an event, they don't show up chronological the go in order of when you make them
