What do you like most?
Attractive contactless check-in - Contactless check-in not only reduces the workload of the front desk staff, but also reduces the waiting time for customers, so it is very useful when checking in. Through contactless check-in, customers can reduce the check-in waiting time, and front desk staff can reduce the check-in process, so it seems to be a suitable program for providing reasonable service as well as shortening the time. In addition, check-out can be processed through express check-out in the room, and only the room key is collected later, so both staff and customers can proceed conveniently and efficiently. As everyone who works at a hotel knows, there are many people waiting at check-in and check-out times, so there are really long lines in the lobby. However, through simplified mobile check-in and express check-out, work efficiency has improved, and work hours have also been simplified, which has improved the work efficiency of employees.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the service network still needs to be built up a bit more. Sometimes, due to system errors, it is difficult to operate the pad, and it is so slow that it seems to be a bit inconvenient for customers to use. If these aspects are improved, it will be easier for employees to use the program, and work efficiency will also be improved.
