Navigating the site is quite straightforward and user-friendly. Additionally, working with Kaylee Jones has been a fantastic experience! She’s attentive to our needs, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She’s always available to help, accessible via email and Teams whenever needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting process could be a bit more robust for our sales & finance teams. Fields that could be noted as numbers onl so it flags when characters are added. The reporting process could be enhanced for our sales and finance teams. It would be helpful to designate certain fields as number-only, so they flag any instances where characters are added.
